While the Google Play listing finishes review, download the signed APK directly: yamete-latest.apk. Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser — that permission is normal for a direct download and can be revoked afterwards.
Then open Yamete, pick Protector for your own phone, or pair a child's device from the family console — the child's app shows the same policies and disclosures.
